Does Aracor store my documents?

Aracor stores documents you upload in your workspace, encrypted at rest and processed in isolated environments. Content sent to model providers is covered by Zero Data Retention agreements.

Yes. Aracor stores the documents you upload so you can use them across sessions. They live in your workspace and are accessible only to teammates you share the project with. You can delete a document at any time.

Documents are encrypted at rest and processed in isolated environments, separated by workspace. Aracor's data handling is aligned with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.

When Aracor sends document content to language model providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic) to generate verifications and answers, that content is covered by Zero Data Retention (ZDR) agreements. Model providers don't retain it and don't use it to train their models.

For full retention and processing details, see trust.aracor.ai.
