Aracor stores documents you upload in your workspace, encrypted at rest and processed in isolated environments. Content sent to model providers is covered by Zero Data Retention agreements.

Does Aracor store my documents?

Aracor's security controls: role-based access, optional MFA via the identity provider, audit logging, encryption, customer-managed keys, and ISO 27001 / SOC 2 / GDPR alignment.

What controls does Aracor support?

Yes. Aracor maintains Zero Data Retention agreements with OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic, so model providers don't retain or train on the content sent to them.

Do you have ZDR agreements with model providers?

Aracor publishes its security documentation, certifications, subprocessors, and DPA in the Trust Center. Anything not published there is available on request.
