Page view (default)
The default Page view shows a summary at the top followed by sections for each term. A table of contents on the side lets you jump to any term.
Flags Panel
Switch to the Flags Panel to focus only on the issues Deal Verifier surfaced. Flags are grouped by severity:
Critical: a deviation that materially changes the deal economics or risk profile.
Major: a meaningful difference worth investigating before the deal closes.
Minor: a small wording or formatting variance.
Each flag has a title, a short description, and citations linking back to the source clauses. Trace a finding back to the source to verify it, or export the results to share offline.
