You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe billing portal.
Go to Settings → Billing.
Click Manage billing.
In the portal, choose Cancel plan and confirm.
What happens after you cancel
Access continues until the end of your current billing period. If you cancel on a monthly plan mid-month, you keep full access until the renewal date.
After the period ends, paid features are disabled. You and your teammates will see a prompt to subscribe again when trying to use those features. See What happens when your subscription is not active.
Your data is not deleted. Your workspace, documents, projects, and members are preserved. Resubscribing restores access immediately.
If you change your mind before the period ends, return to Manage billing and reactivate.
