Aracor requires an active subscription for the workspace to operate. When the subscription is not active (canceled, past due, or not yet started), most features are disabled until the subscription is restored.
Features that need an active subscription
Creating or editing projects
Uploading documents and connecting cloud folders
Conversations with documents (Aracor Partner)
Running Deal Verifier and other workflows
What you will see
Buttons for gated actions are disabled with a tooltip explaining that a subscription is required.
A modal may appear prompting you (or the owner) to subscribe.
If your payment method has failed, a banner appears at the top of the workspace asking the owner to update billing.
Restore access
Restore access by activating or reactivating the subscription in Settings → Billing. Only workspace owners can do this. Once active, all features come back immediately.
