Aracor Partner is the conversation interface inside Aracor. Use it to ask questions about the documents in a project and get answers with citations back to the source.
Where to find it
Look for Aracor Partner in the left sidebar, or from your home page. You can browse recent conversations in the active project, or start a new empty conversation if there isn't one yet.
What you can ask
Anything you'd ask a junior associate who has read the documents. For example:
"What's the termination notice period in the master agreement?"
"List every payment obligation in this stack with the page each one is on."
"What changed between v3 and v4 of the SPA?"
"Summarize the side letters in two paragraphs."
Workflows
Aracor Partner can also run structured workflows alongside free-form questions. Two are available today:
Due diligence: a checklist-guided review of a data room. See Run a due diligence checklist workflow.
Deal Verifier: term-by-term comparison of a term sheet against one or more implementation documents. See Run a Deal Verifier workflow.
How it uses your documents
Each conversation has a set of documents and folders attached to it. When you open a new conversation, Aracor automatically attaches the project's synced folders and root-level uploaded files so you can ask questions right away. You can add or remove documents at any point.
Aracor only reads the documents attached to the current conversation. It does not search across other projects.
