Due diligence is a structured review of a project's data room. Run it and Aracor Partner reads every document, applies a checklist-guided analysis, and produces findings you can browse, trace, and download.
Start a run
Open a conversation in the project and ask Aracor Partner to run due diligence. It asks two quick questions:
Which side are you representing? Choose Buy-side, Sell-side, Investor, Lender, or Internal review.
Which checklist should the report follow? Use the Aracor default checklist, or choose Upload my own checklist and add a .docx or .pdf.
Click Run diligence to start.
What it accepts
Due diligence works on the documents in your project. The expected setup is to connect a data room, typically a synced SharePoint folder, so the full deal record is in one place. You can also upload documents directly. There is no fixed allowlist: Aracor Partner identifies what each document is and applies the right checklist for it.
How long it takes
The workflow runs in the background. You can leave the page and come back. A handful of documents finishes in minutes; a full data room with hundreds of documents takes longer, because each document is analyzed individually and then consolidated across the whole deal.
Where your results appear
You can find your results in two places: the conversation where you ran the exercise, and the project sidebar under Analysis.
The Analysis section groups everything the run produced:
Checklists: every checklist item with what Aracor found.
Risks: issues and findings surfaced across the deal.
Requests: follow-up information requests.
Memos: the due diligence memorandum.
From the conversation, click the expand icon on the results panel to open the full page.
Run it more than once
Every run is kept. Use the run selector at the top of the Analysis pages, labeled with the run date and time, to switch between runs.
Download the memorandum
Open Memos and download the memorandum as PDF or Word.
