Who can manage billing

Workspace owners are the only role that can start, change, or cancel a subscription.

Only the workspace owner can manage billing: starting a subscription, changing payment method, switching plans, or canceling.

Workspace admins can view the subscription status (active, past due, canceled) but cannot make changes.

Members and viewers do not have access to billing settings.

If you are not the owner and need to change the subscription, ask the workspace owner. You can find your workspace owner in Settings → Members.
